Event Details

This professional barista training workshop led by Andrew Hetzel of Hawaii-based coffee firm Cafemakers will provide instruction in a variety of areas designed to improve espresso and other specialty coffee beverage preparation skills.

The Advanced Espresso workshop continues upon the "Introduction to Espresso" lesson plan, further exploring topics of espresso extraction, espresso blending theory and introducing dairy preparation techniques.

Attendance of the Intro to Espresso class on November 5 is recommended for continuity, but not required.
